With cold and flu season already knocking at the door, I invite you to join me in the Highpoint kitchen on Sunday 10/13 @4PM. We’ll make Elderberry Rosehip Syrup & a Classic Fire Cider. The elderberry syrup will be demoed and we’ll discuss the various herbs and spices you can use to customize your home recipe. We’ll each make a jar of fire cider and cover different culinary uses to infuse flavor into your home cooking. You’ll take both home to stock your kitchen medicine cabinet, along with the recipe templates.

These folks remedies have been faithfully trusted in kitchens for centuries to naturally strengthen and support the immune system. It’s our birthright to know them and carry them forward. I look forward sharing space in the kitchen with you for an afternoon of fall medicine making. Bring your apron!
