Avocado Lime Tuna Salad

I'm a huge fan of whole foods, balanced meals that take less than 5 minutes to make! Some days you just need functional over fancy. Served up over a bed of fresh greens and with fresh fruit on the side makes this a lovely summer lunch.

  • Prep: 5 mins


1 avocado

10 oz. canned wild caught tuna, drained

1/2 tsp sea salt

black pepper or red pepper flakes, to taste

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley and basil (optional)

juice of 1 lime or lemon


1In a medium-size bowl, scoop out the avocado and smash with a fork.

2Combine all remaining ingredients and mix until creamy.

3Serve over a bed of arugula and with a side of sliced plums and cherries or other seasonal fruit.
