You can often find bulk loose-leaf tea in the bulk spices section of a natural foods market or order it online.

Watch a quick video here.

  • Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients

1 tbsp loose leaf chamomile (or 2 tea bags)

1 tbsp loose leaf hibiscus flowers (or 2 tea bags)

6-8 oz. boiling water

raw honey, to taste

2-3 oz. unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond used here)

Directions

1Boil water for tea.

2Add loose leaf tea to a tea infuser mug (or any mug and just plan to strain it). Allow to steep for 5 minutes.

3While tea is steeping, froth your milk either in a milk frother like this one or warm milk on the stove and froth it with a handheld frother or immersion blender.

4Strain tea and pour into your favorite mug. I switched to a clear one here because I wanted to see that beautiful red color.

5Stir in honey and top with froth.

6Take a slow, deep breath and enjoy!☺️
