Staying Well Together
A space for wellness, joy, + resilience.
SIGN UP HAS CLOSED.
Looking for a little self-care guidance right now? Join us in a cultivation of joy and resilience as we support ourselves and each other over the next six weeks to eat well, nourish our nervous and immune systems, sleep better, and build healthy habits that stick. We’ll focus on nutrition, cooking, movement, time outside, stress management, breathing/meditation, and connection — providing you with the tools and practices to carry with you long after these 6 weeks.
We kick off Monday April 27th and will virtually gather from our homes through June 7th. Here we’ll join in community to seize this unusual opportunity to pause and refocus on what’s most important. If a simpler, more joy-filled life, where you are empowered to own your health, sounds good to you, this is for you.
Sign up closes Monday 4/27/20 at noon eastern time.
Here’s what’s included:
- Private Facebook group for support and accountability
- Weekly live webinar check-ins w. short teachings on relevant topics, Mondays at 8PM eastern (recorded if you can’t make it)
- Seasonal, delicious, immune-boosting recipes (including quick meals, batched meals, + healthy dessert recipes… I got you covered)
- Weekly option to practice breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement with registered yoga instructor Marisa Atula (3 times to choose from: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 8-8:40PM eastern)
- Additional resources and guidance
Is this like a sugar cleanse??
If you’ve taken (or wanted to take!) one of my sugar cleanses, you’ll recognize this as a “cleanse lite”, or life after a cleanse. Instead of hard and fast rules around sugar and diet, I’ll help you prioritize nutrition & wellness in a way that’s right for you, with a focus on providing healthy options and support for the next 6 weeks. There’s no obligation to participate in a certain way; you decide what to focus on, taking or leaving what you need. I’m hoping the reduced cost will make this course available for anyone who’s interested or needs a little extra support (but please contact me directly if you’d like to be involved and can’t pay). As ever, this program is not a substitution for medical care.
Cost: $149 per person (or family)
Fulltime farmers, EMS/fire fighters/police officers and first responders have a special rate of $75. Please email [email protected] for your discount code.

Meet Marisa Atula
She’ll be leading our weekly practice of breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement.
Marisa is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT-500), Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), and decade long student of yoga. She came to yoga out of curiosity but became enamored upon realizing its positive effect on her mental health. After years in a chronically stressful career as a criminal analyst, yoga was the only thing to offer relief and resilience. She became determined to understand yoga’s powerful healing properties. Marisa has studied with numerous yogis but calls Yogrishi Vishvketu her teacher. She earned her 200-hour certification at a power studio in southern California, her 500-hour at Anand Prakash Ashram (with Y. Vishvketu), an 85-hour Prenatal training with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa (at Golden Bridge Yoga), 10 hours of continuing education with clinical psychiatrist Dr. Bessel van der Kolk (author of The Body Keeps the Score: Mind, Brain, and Body in the Healing of Trauma) and countless educational workshops and classes. You can expect a theme of comfort in Marisa’s classes – a comfortable environment for you to try something new or intimidating (whether that’s simply showing up to your first class or trying something new), to create comfort in the body, and comfort in the relationships between our various selves (body, mind, spirit).
