 1 cup coconut milk, full fat, unsweetened
 1 tbsp minced fresh turmeric root
 1 tsp minced fresh ginger root
 1 pinch cardamom (optional), use very little
 12 tsp 100% pure maple syrup

In a small bowl or measuring glass, combine all ingredients except the maple syrup.

Cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve.

Stir in maple syrup and pour over a talk glass of ice. Enjoy!
