Iced Golden Coconut Milk (with turmeric)

As one of the world's healthiest foods for its anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties, turmeric has been prized for centuries. It shouldn't be a foreigner to our weekly meal plans. Try this delicious beverage, especially in the summer and enjoy this richly therapeutic and vibrant spice.

- Yields: 1 serving
Directions
1In a small bowl or measuring glass, combine all ingredients except the maple syrup.
2Cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
3Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
4Stir in maple syrup and pour over a talk glass of ice. Enjoy!
