Nutrition consults are designed to offer a customized and holistic experience based on you, your needs, health considerations, lifestyle, preference, fitness, and wellness goals. We’ll map out a plan for you and walk by your side to help you execute on that plan so you can realize your goals. You’ll receive one-on-one coaching, encouragement, accountability, and support needed to implement the habits that lead to real, sustainable lifestyle changes (not a stress-filled, short-lived diet).
The 12-month plan includes:
- A 90-minute nutrition & lifestyle strategy session, which includes:
- A review of present conditions, your history, any food sensitivities, supplements/med taken
- Discussing your nutrition and lifestyle goals, challenges, and strengths
- Reviewing your 7-day journal (provided)
- A strategic roadmap outlining recommendations, actionable steps, resources, and recipes
- A 30 min session the first month (usually 2 weeks after your initial session)
- One hour session 1x a month for the remaining 11 months
- Access to Shelly during these 12 months
- One complementary ticket to a Pure Roots Nutrition virtually guided course
This option is best for folks who are following a physician’s protocol, managing a chronic condition, or would like ongoing accountability and support towards achieving their health goals.
