Nutrition consults are designed to offer a customized and holistic experience based on you, your unique health picture, your lifestyle, preferences, fitness, and wellness goals. We’ll map out a plan for you and walk by your side to help you execute on that plan so you can realize your goals. You’ll receive one-on-one coaching, encouragement, accountability, and support needed to implement the habits that lead to real, sustainable lifestyle changes (not a stress-filled, short-lived diet).
The 3-month plan includes:
- A 90-minute nutrition and lifestyle strategy session, which includes:
- A review of present conditions, symptoms, your history, any food sensitivities, supplements/med taken
- Discussing your nutrition and lifestyle goals, challenges, and strengths
- Reviewing your 7-day journal (provided)
- A strategic roadmap outlining recommendations, actionable steps, resources, and recipes
- One 30 minute follow up in month one (2 weeks after your strategy session)
- One hour check-ins each month for the following two months
- Access to Shelly in between sessions during these 3 months
